It seems like every day we could have something good, the markets are down and kill us. DOW, Nasdaq, and russeel all negative

Curious no mention of this on SA. They will publish a 'why you should avid this meme stock of the day' article on MVIS at the drop of a hat but not a sniff of the news.

Really could have done without Biden flapping his cock-holster in front of Congress today. We're sailing against a very negative market sentiment, despite all the MSM articles "THIS is why Biden's tax rise won't apply to you!" Guess they're not familiar with second and third order effects....
On the upside...it's always beneficial to be green in a sea of red, no matter how slightly. Not like the financial community isn't already watching this, but this transcends "meme stock" and speaks to the core technology. We need that shift. |

Damn, Biden doesn't talk until 9:00 EST.
We live with the spectre of that drooling octogenarian all day long. Surprised they're putting him on that late. They're going to have to pump him full of bennies to fight that sundowners. |

Level 2 charts are interesting, looks to be lots of trying to drive it down. The ask side is only up to almost 60, the other day it went to 1k.
Edit: said that and it started getting higher asks |

This is just sad and, should it be implemented, will be almost impossible to be unwound. They are creating more large groups of welfare dependent people who no longer have to provide for themselves, It will take a true Revolution to reverse this
Meet the "American Families Plan": The proposal is being referred to as an investment in so-called human infrastructure like child care, health care and education. It would be paid for by hiking taxes on the wealthiest 1% of Americans, most notably a near doubling of the capital gains tax rate on incomes above $1M to 39.6%. The top income tax bracket for households earning more than $400,000 is also expected to return to 39.6% (where it had been before the 2017 tax cuts). |

Slowly drowning out the sellers. Like slow flood waters rising to drown out the bears instead of a huge tsunami we saw on Monday. Either way works.

View Quote If it was a conditional deal I would assume it would hinge at the independent V&V they had previously discussed being in ~June. An engineering team can say "ship" at any time which doesn't mean "done". This announcement was probably to kill the shorting/volatility. Tomorrow is probably going to be a pivot to talk about the next 6 months but probably nothing big to announce. |
