I haven't played any. 40 some years ago I'd play games on indoor machines at putt-putt golf.

Games that count the hours played? Over 1,000 hours in Team Fortress 2 (haven't played in years), and over 1,100 hours in The Division 2, and most of that was in the first year. I probably averaged 20 hours a week for a while. If I had to guess Battlefield series (specifically Battlefield 2) were up there as well. Something about sequel games...
I don't want to know how many hours I put into EVE Online. |

FF7
I've been playing it since release in '97 and still play it. FF14 is pretty high, too. |

I guess HL2, but if I'm being honest, I probably spent more time playing CS:GO back in the day

Ultima Online 1997-current, played the most from 99-2008, jumped on WoW for a few years , then stopped, but Classic pulled me back in. But my house is still up in UO, check on it and do a few patrols once as week. Siege Perilous server was/is the best.

The last game I played at all was Counter Strike. The game that I played the most was Pacman/Mrs. Pacman as a kid. I have not played any games for years. Video games are for children and young people.

I would guess GTA3 - 5. I did clock a lot of online play on the Modern Warfare 1/2 games back in the day. This post does have me thinking have often did I play Doom or Wolf3d over and over back in the 90s.

Between Pacman and Space Invaders. Once I became an adult I didn't have time for it.

WoW. I did just about every thing there was to do in vanilla, got rank 14 in PvP, main tanked Ony, MC, BWL, ZG, both AQ's and Nax.
Also came back for all the expansions but never put the time in any of those I did in vanilla. |
|
Have almost 1000 hours in Escape from Tarkov. After that, Battlefield 1 with 511. Probably 7 Days to Die with 387 after that.
|
|
I've played through Witcher 3 a couple times but lately it's No Man's Sky on Xbox one and VR Fishing on Oculus Quest.

iRacing, many days.
Assetto Corsa Competizione, a few less days than iRacing. Up to 60 hrs in Automobilista 2 |

Been playing counter strike since it’s creation. I usually only play now in the winter months

Desert Strike
Mega Drive Longplay [167] Desert Strike: Return to the Gulf |

Sheer volume, my guess is WoW, but it's been over a decade since that time and my available time has changed considerably since then.
I'd have to say Elite Dangerous is up there, and will probably beat WoW before too long. |

View Quote Does arfcom have a group that plays? I play regularly. |

WoW, followed by Skyrim, at least in the semi-modern age.
I spent a lot of time playing C64 games back in the 80s, but I don't have any real way of tracking exactly how much. |

View Quote The first two expansions were perfection and followed common WoW lore from the Warcraft RTS games, so it was a logical tie in to what people had played in years past. Every expansion afterwards is garbage, along with the CRZ which destroyed server homogeneity. The only good thing they did was reimagine the Vanilla areas which got really stale during the grind when leveling up new characters. |

Battlefield/Battlefield 2 by far for me. I was playing that literally 4-6 hours a day for several years. That's where my account name here came from.
Then probably in order: Doom2/Doom3 Space Engineers GTA3/GTA5 Space Engineers is what I am playing now and that will surpass Doom before long. I might get back into GTA5 but the online game is where the interesting stuff is now but it also looks so toxic with cheaters and 12 year old kid bullshit that I might play online once then stop. |

Quoted: What video game have you spent the most hours playing? Give a short description if it's not super popular. Me? Probably a tie. Quake Twisted Metal 2 - cars with guns COD View Quote Diablo 2 Over 10k hours easy |

Probably one of the Halo games. Likely OG Halo CE but that was back before games tracked how long you played and it was split over a number of Xboxes playing on LAN.
Now on MCC it's Halo Reach. Halo infinite will eventually catch up. |
|
GTA SA was the last game I spent any considerable amount of time in. Sort of gave games up after that. Just not my thing anymore. I did have a blast with that game though.

Factorio, >1000hrs

These have been my top time drainers in no particular order of hours played.
Delta Force (2, Blackhawk Down) Halo (CE, 2, 3) COD (COD 4, WaW, MW2, MW 2019) Skyrim Battlefield (3 and 4) Fallout (3, New Vegas, 4) World of Tanks Console |

All time? Close Combat: The Russian Front
Recently, Mortal Kombat 11. I've spent countless hours playing the entire series all the way back to MK 1. |
