Possibly.  It really depends on how active you are.

I'm not a fan of the carbs he has pictured.  I'd personally chose complex carbs, but he can do what he wants and I'm glad it works for him.

I work 3rd shift. I get home about 8:30am. I get cleaned up and eat a very small breakfast before going to bed. I eat a big lunch when I get up about 2pm. That is would be considered my breakfast.

I usually have a fairly light breakfast.  Something like a bowl of cereal, or a frozen breakfast sandwich.  Then I'll usually have 2-3 cups of coffee throughout the morning.

I’m 48 years old and very active.  My work ethic is not normal.  As you can see in this thread I have my haters and that’s to be expected.

I change routines often, but they always focus on squats, deadlift, and bench press.  I’ve done starting strength, smolov, Sheiko, madcow, and my own routines over the years.  

Today all I did was bench press:

75 x 10 reps
95 x 6
115 x 6
135 x 6
155 x 6
175 x 6
195 x 6
215 x 3
235 x 1
255 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1
195 x 12
195 x 12

I’m only 165 lbs at 5’7” less than 10 percent body fat.  Nearly double body weight bench press touch and go.

Weekdays I eat a bagel with butter, yogurt, 2 cups black coffee and a small glass of orange juice, plus vitamins.

At least one day on the weekend we will do waffles, cinnamon rolls, or fremch toast, with bacon and eggs.

Not lefty weaver ripped by any means, but I'm 6 ft tall, 180lbs, and wear size 32 pants.  I signed up for a spartan race this summer so I i need to get used to burpees.

I have a fried egg sandwich on whole wheat and two cups of coffee every morning.  When I was working it was a bowl of Wheaties or oatmeal with two cups of coffee.   I drank the second cup on the way to work.  I make a full breakfast on Sunday.

Occasionally I do.  I love biscuits and gravy, two fried eggs, bacon and hash browns.  Can only do it about once a month though.  I usually get up early, workout, then have a piece of fruit and some yogurt.  Larger lunch, then a small dinner at 6:00.

I don’t have it.  I have phenomenal hdl to ldl cholesterol levels also.  I’ve never had my test levels checked, but even at 48 I haven’t had any problems to suggest there is an issue.

I typically have half a serving of pre workout before breakfast then after breakfast I have the other half.  About a half hour later I workout. Never have a crash from the sugar or pre workout either.  I don’t just sit or lay around afterward though.  I stay active whether it’s going to work or working on projects at home.
