I'd personally chose complex carbs, but he can do what he wants and I'm glad it works for him. |

I work 3rd shift. I get home about 8:30am. I get cleaned up and eat a very small breakfast before going to bed. I eat a big lunch when I get up about 2pm. That is would be considered my breakfast.

Only on Sundays, that's my breakfast cheat day. I'm trying to cut back on my carbs so I eat a pretty conservative breakfast during the week. Most days I have a yogurt and some fruit, like strawberries or raspberries, and an iced coffee. Sometimes I'll throw the fruit with some greek yogurt in the blender and make a smoothie out of it.
Sundays though, Sundays are pancakes and bacon time. |

I usually have a fairly light breakfast. Something like a bowl of cereal, or a frozen breakfast sandwich. Then I'll usually have 2-3 cups of coffee throughout the morning.

Weekdays I eat a bagel with butter, yogurt, 2 cups black coffee and a small glass of orange juice, plus vitamins.
At least one day on the weekend we will do waffles, cinnamon rolls, or fremch toast, with bacon and eggs. Not lefty weaver ripped by any means, but I'm 6 ft tall, 180lbs, and wear size 32 pants. I signed up for a spartan race this summer so I i need to get used to burpees. |

Two cups of coffee and that's it for breakfast - and I don't eat a lunch either. One meal a day for me, and that is dinner. |

I usually skip breakfast, sometimes have breakfast for dinner because breakfast food is awesome.

I have a fried egg sandwich on whole wheat and two cups of coffee every morning. When I was working it was a bowl of Wheaties or oatmeal with two cups of coffee. I drank the second cup on the way to work. I make a full breakfast on Sunday.

Occasionally I do. I love biscuits and gravy, two fried eggs, bacon and hash browns. Can only do it about once a month though. I usually get up early, workout, then have a piece of fruit and some yogurt. Larger lunch, then a small dinner at 6:00.
