Clinton did more to harm the US that I am currently aware of by his technology transfers to China, as well as legislation and anti-business practices.

Carter was the worst in general. Carter high inflation and stagnation almost destroyed the USA economically.
Obama was the worst for democratic party because the Democratic Party went from a super majority to a super minority in a short time. Obama didn't accomplish much in his 8 years. Most of what he did were turn back by trump in the first 6 months. |
