Like some things are implied but not outright stated: 1. Ichigo's twin zanpakuto represents the entities inside him. 2. They can't steal his bankai because his zanpakuto is half hollow. The scene with Aizen using Kyoka Suigetsu was fucking phenominal. With that said, the Sternritter's abilities were over the top and completely stupid. |

not being a giant fan of anime, I do enjoy Cowboy Bebop. But I just discovered Space Battleship Yamato 2199. yea yea yea, I lived under a rock. LOL
I loved the 1976 original, ran home from school to catch it. This new version was fantastic. Same story but just enough change to make it fresh again. The sound on bluray was the best I heard on a cartoon movie. Amazon had all 26 episodes for $49.  |

I'm somewhat late to the party in watching the various Fate/Grand Order series, but I couldn't help but notice that (at least) in Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia, the sound FX accompanying various battle scenes are pretty terrific, even listening on the built-in speakers on my 70" Vizio LCD TV - I will have to try listening to some episodes on a better set of speakers, but I'm blown away just listening to the great explosion dynamics on the TV.
Oh, and Ishtar is pretty damn hot, for a goddess... (No, I'm not planning to buy a dakimakura and pretend that she's waifu material...) Are there any other anime series that are known for having great, penetrating audio FX? Maybe "Fire Force" (En en no shouboutai)? Others?  |

whats a complete series you have on hard disc or VHS that no one has heard about?
i have Key the Metal Idol from viz media, subbed and dubbed its a pretty good series, not many like it at all, not quite the level of oddness like experiments lain, but is around there, only 15 episodes. if you can find it somewhere it is worth a watch, is it the best show in the world? no, but for its sheer uniqueness i wholeheartedly recommend it.
