I'm really enjoying The Troubled Life of Miss Kotoura. The first 10 minutes lead you to believe its going to be a very dark anime, but halfway through E1 it quickly turns into a romantic comedy drama-type show.
It's about a girl who can read minds and when she was very little she thought the voices she was hearing were what people were saying and responded accordingly. This drives everyone (except for one family member) away from her. She lives as a recluse believing she can't get close to anyone until she transfers to a new school and meets a guy who doesn't mind her ability. It's pretty funny to watch him tease her by thinking of her doing "dirty" things and seeing her embarrassed reaction.  The one thing I didn't like about it, but it's pretty minor... If it is ecchi then it's the lightest ecchi I've ever seen. |
