Beautiful place.
I'd be in on it but it looks like it needs lots of work and I am not handy and probably not alot of mexicans to sub out to.

ETA, looks alot like my grandmas place in Deadwood when she passed. Last I heard some GenXr bought it and flipped it for 300k.

I used to run the tide race there in my skiff as a kid, pretty wild. Used to be good steelhead fishing back in the day on the Naha. I spent my early years chasing fish, birds, and deer all over the islands.

damn

A few towns lately in Alaska have been hit with some bad flooding .

We had a town in CT 10 days ago that got 15 inches of rain in one day .

It was a disaster there .

If you can front the money, I am willing to work my ass off to do it. Unfortunately I'm a broke m***********. That make bad life choices. That is why I am broke. You give me money, I fix s*** at this place. When you stop giving me money I stopped fixing s*** at this place. All guns would be welcome. Try not to be a douchebag. If you can't stop yourself from being a douchebag get the f*** out. Those rules should work for arfcom GD. So send me your money right away and I will buy this place.

You would think that large acre tracts should be for sale all over Alaska right ?

I always thought that was the case also but it's not typical at all . Most places there if you own 6 acres it's considered a large
homestead .  Average acres for most properties are a couple of acres or less . It's not like looking for places
like in the lower 48 .

For instance Maine you can find 100 remote acres for 250K  ....you won't find that in Alaska

It’s had at least two pending sales that fell through, both around the $30k price point. If the sale fell through for that price I’m betting something major comes up in the home inspection or escrow.
