For every LawSchool Top Ten Percent graduate there is a Bottom Tem Percent one as well, and not everyone is willing to be paid in live chickens, so they can't all become Immigration lawyers.

I would think a major corporation would know better than that. $5 million in damages might not be the right direction to go, but it is pretty stupid on their part not to think that some people might want what they see in the packaging.
