My wife has long nails, she's never had false nails they are her real nails and she takes care of them. They look good but they only have one use and that's for scratching. I'm not just talking about back scratching either because her nails scratch the paint on my car whenever she drags her fingers across it, especially around the door handles and it just pisses me off!

the long fake nails typically indicate they're a non working piece of trash.. basically a leech on society and whoever supports them.
Not in all cases, but probably 98% of the time they are unemployed with no plans to change that anytime soon. |

Long nails look attractive as long as they are done tastefully. Plus, sitting at an office desk as a receptionist isn't the same thing as working in a steel mill.

I see it as a call signal that they are useless and want you to know they are useless, aka want to be taken care of at a certain level of leisure.
I take it as a warning sign to stay away. I guess others see it as a beacon to come hither. |

We have a woman at work that has some that extend out an inch and a half or so past her finger. I don't know how the hell she does anything.
 Women seem to be all about being impractical with impractical shoes, clothes, nails, etc.

"Women with long nails"...do very little actual work.
Our family doctor hired some new office staff during covid and the receptionist checking in patients has extra long painted nails. It takes her 5 minutes to check us in doing very little typing and most that is hitting 'enter' to proceed to a new screen or moving a mouse and clicking. I noticed it the first time I called in for an appointment on I was on the phone for like 10 minutes. Seen it in person and had that ah ha moment. I guess she doesn't want to ruin a $100 nail job. Priorities! Just dumb! |
