I'd guess skunk, but if the tree is full standing in that shape I'd be more concerned about dropping it before a good wind does it for you.

Not an expert here by any means but I was part of a off road crew "with out bucket trucks" for about 2 years when I was young trimming for the electric company. Low pay and dangerous! |
