Two questions.
1) how do I post a new topic? 2) I am relying my old revolver and the cylinder, barrel and couple of other parts were obvious steel and shined up well when stripping and the bluing has come out well, but the frame and receiver looked like aluminum when I stripped the old finish off and would not shine up like the other parts and I cannot seem to get them to blue as dark as the c cylinder. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? I am using Birchwood Casey liquid blue. |

Nice guns. I LOVE revolvers. Not that I don't love any and every kind of gun I've ever run across, but something about revolvers captivates me unlike any other gun types. Here's my one and only, it's a Blackhawk 357. I wish it were a GP100, but hey, baby steps right?
