Enjoyed a couple trips to the range over the holidays with the M17 and its little brother. At some point down the road when I can afford another Romeo-M17, I'm going to have this XCompact slide modified to accept it. Attached File |

Acquired my first P226 a couple of weeks ago; supposedly a former Orlando PD gun. Attached File Gave it a little update with a Sig short-shoe trigger, Grayguns SRT, SA Superstrut, Sig threaded barrel, Sig suppressor sights, and some classic grips. Attached File |

Picked this up on Saturday: 2015 Compact, that has gone back to the mother ship for the FCU upgrade/mod. Appears unfired, came with 1 fifteen rounder, no box. Sight are still bright. This was shot at 15 yards. What I thought was me embracing the giant suck, and shooting right, may have the front sight drifted left. It was off center by an 1/8". I'll try again next weekend. ok finally done for this month. lol carried my p365 like this forever (og p365 with wilson combat grip)  decided I wanted a larger grip utilizing the new 17rd/19rd mags. Bought a TyrantCNC snub macro grip and moved everything over.  Feels and shoots great. Had a scs carry sitting and collecting dust so I started researching milling companies. Said, nah, rather get a longer slide if I put an optic on it so started researching new slide and barrel. prices were outrageous. found a new old stock p365xl with tritium suppressor height sights and three 12 rd mags for $508! Bought it asap. Finally have it how I want it. now to do something with original short slide and new fcu. lol

I assembled and started breaking in what I plan to be my new carry pistol. I combined the slide and optic combo with a military production M18 barrel and FCU and an X Compact grip. I posted here about some issues I had with the tight fit of the military barrel, but I started the process of breaking it in and am really liking how it looks, feels, and shoots.
