there is no win in that ruling.
and I’m sick of the AGs mouth. an AR15 marked lower will not shoot up our streets any more or less then any other brand. his schtick is getting so old. that ruling was from kangaroo corrupt court. |

Totally agree…fuck giving more money …
how much money is a bayonet lug finally going to cost ?? And If it ever ever gets to SCOTUS they will just say huh we are not looking at that case… Pooh We Won nothing on this. nobody even wants Colts anymore. and now they will cost NJ people $3900 a lower. With no normal features… this is so fkd up. people think that’s a win ? I’ll keep my $50 dollar evil Anderson’s And I refuse to join Clubs or renew if they demand NRA membership., fuk those Armani suit crooks. |

Mag / AWB case update
Judge Sheridan ordered a 30 day stay on his decision and the plaintiffs, with NJ in agreement, have asked Judge Bumb to extend the stay until she can review judge Sheridan's case and his decision. By the way, with judge Sheridan's retirement, the AWB/Mag ban cases were assigned to judge Bumb.     Will judge Bumb rectify judge Sheridan's half baked decision? We'll have to wait and see what she decides but if you remember she didn't waste any time with our carry killer case and released her decision on a federal holiday because A4769 was infringing on our right to carry. Hopefully she does the same ASAP with the AWB and Mag ban cases. So whatever judge Bumb decides, both parties have agreed to a stay on judge Bumb's future decision and order. eta: ANJRPC v. GREWAL (1:18-cv-10507) | Plaintiffs ask Judge Bumb to look over the Case and Judge Sheridan Opinion. |

Judge Bumb today has denied the motion for extending the stay and will not second guess another judge because that's the 3rd Circuit's job. Since both parties have already filed appeals with the 3rd Circuit the case is now in the 3rd Circuit's lap. |

10 round mags have a place, as do 5, 15, 17, 20, 30 and C mags but If we don't continue fighting the erosion of our rights and for their restoration, our children's children will piss on our graves for allowing all this to happen. I want future generations to be free, if not freer than we are.

Yesterday she granted and ordered a stay until the cases are appealed at the 3rd Circuit.
