I'm glad to hear that too. I've been trying to be patient and not go for another option.

@mike_nds this might be a dumb question but, I'll ask it anyway.
I just received my m16a1 lower yesterday, along with a few additional parts. The charging handle color is a great match to the lower, but the trigger guard is so light that it's nearly the color of unanodized aluminum. Obviously, there's a great deal of color variation within the anodizing process itself but I'm a bit curious; did I just get unlucky and get a very light one or is that just how they're all turning out? |

Waiting on those 10” gray XM177E1 assemblies and I’m done. 🤞🏼

I just ordered this Type E Butt stock. It says ..

Death to quislings.

Are there any pics of barrel markings?

|
|
Anyone else thinking of just using blem M16A1 black uppers on otherwise gray builds at this point?

It's the same screw for the Type D and E stocks. |

@mike_nds
Will carbine uppers be shipping with GI 6 hole handguards anytime soon? I noticed they all still show/list the 7 hole style. I'm only seeing the GI 6 hole on complete rifles |

Doesn't matter, I certainly have no preference, just interdasting. Maybe H&R/PSA is spreading the work among various forges to better keep up with demand. Or maybe it's something particular to the A2 upper receivers. Anyway, looks great! |

Who sells the best GI M16a1 handguards for the price. I'd like close to unissued condition. Thanks

I just lucked into it. At 3:55EST decided to check black blem M16A1 upper order status, ordered yesterday. Out of habit check H&R uppers in stock when going to PSA website. Fire drill ... and checked out. That was pretty exciting. No in stock email. Gray slicksides are still in stock at 4:30. Guessing they were only in stock for 10-15 minutes?
|
|
|
Welp, missed my shot on a grey slick side again 😐 - anyone who wants to trade up a black c7 upper for their grey slick, let me know😏

Grey slicks we’re still up a few minutes ago
Oh wait, maybe not. Was looking at the other thread. |

Mike, is there a way to get a2 upper parts separately? I screwed up and ordered a stripped a2 instead of a complete one. I've been trying to source the sight parts with no luck.
