I got one of these. It’s freaking awesome, and has become my favorite.

Not fly enough to be halal....

Interesting blade shape, definitely looks like it was built with function in mind.

Havalon the last couple years for getting the insides outside. Mora for quartering and breaking down sometimes.

Don't really need much else. Saw the heads and legs off with a cordless sawzall.
R.I.P. Betty. You were a great doggo

I like the havalon knives.

If I had to do a fixed blade I would go smaller.  ESEE izula

I’ve skinned and quartered a few animals with it. That little offset is actually really effective.  Really impressed with it

I picked this up for a few bucks at a flea market I'll get it cleaned up and put into service. From what I could find made in Solingen Germany

I wish they still offered these I'm going on a hunting trip with my youngest son and wanted to get him one but they are unobtainable

About a 3 in blade no more than 4. When bloody it will get slick so designed to keep fingers from slipping onto the blade.

You want a saw for rib cage and pelvic bone Link
