Since the breaks are pinned, have you found it difficult to clean them after shooting? Do you shoot any corrosive stuff out of 105 clone? If so, how do you clean the break?

Nice collection btw!

Hey, the Chris Butler Brake is thick chrome lined and usually just rinses back to it's chrome finish.

I shoot corrosive out of everything, just pour some water through it and oil appropriately.

Chris said that the carbon buildup is self limiting.

OK I'm in, this is my fully transferable machine gun, an AK-47  purchased back in 1991 for a whopping $1600.00 plus the $1000 for the Bugarian Krinkov parts kit and an other $800.00 to switch parts over from Troy at In-Range.

They ARE now banned here in CT for sure,  I registared my select fire mg's and semi's in that caliber as required back in 1994 with the CT DPS as "assault weapons" in which required a simple half page form containing basic info as well as my thumb print has been in my posession since 1994, one form for each weapon.

So I am considered "grandfathered" with these weapons. One thing for sure, there are very, very few people in this state with these LEGAL grandfathered 7.62x39 guns.

Interesting to have semi's and select fire, registared machine guns both are also "assault weapons"

I love going to the range and have fellow shooters suggest to put them away...

Right place, right time!

Fully transferable. They were for sale in Machine gun News for a whopping $1,600 for the fixed stock and $1,700 for the underfolders
and so having my C3 at that time no $200.00 transfer fee

TOTALLY TRANSFERABLE!

Just wish my time machine was completed so I can go back and buy out the dealers inventory.

It's truley a cream puff, low low recoil. Amazingly it's now worth more than 10 times what I paid

Here are my two Yugoslavian AKs that I've been working on getting together along with their accessories for nearly a year and a half.

The M70B1 Fixed Stock rifle started as an otherwise very good condtion matching numbers kit but with a crummy, corroded sewer-pipe barrel. I was able to obtain a virgin Zastava barrel which was used in the build, which was done by Steve Russell and the guys at Two Rivers Arms. The receiver is one made by Two Rivers Arms and the serial number is custom-matched to the kit. The receiver features an authentic brushed finish, as well as the correct selector notches and correct Yugoslavian "U - R - J" markings copied off of a receiver piece from a real demilled M70.

The M70AB2 Underfolder is a rifle I bought from another member here on ar15.com. It was built using an excellent condition matching numbers kit and has the original barrel with a near-mint condition bore. The receiver is an NDS-4 receiver that has a serial number that was custom-matched to that kit back when NoDak Spud still offered that option. The receiver had the standard "S - F" markings which Two Rivers Arms welded up along with the single, squarish selector notch and engraved the correct football-shaped notches and "U - R - J" markings.

Both rifles received a beautiful hot blue finish from Two Rivers Arms. I cleaned up and refinished the wood on the rifles myself using a custom blended stain and some Formby's Tung Oil Finish.

Enough with the details, here's some pictures...

faulty mags... plural? me thinks its something more serious than faulty mags. Ive owned 4 -5 aks shots hundreds/thousands of rounds and maybe had a FTF happen once or twice.

If its happening with a range of mags the dude needs to send it in for repairs. These things should never have reliability problems on their platform.
