Here's a bit of a follow-up. The garage sale was near Bellingham, WA. This is an area well known for tree hugging, hippy, liberals. The people that sold my wife the ammo, bought it at a storage unit auction. Seems they bid on the unpaid units at self-storage places and then sell the stuff at their garage sale. These people also happen to be a granola eating, earth savers who doesn't like guns. Apparently the ammo and the green military cans it was in was creating bad karma, so they just wanted to get rid of it and $25.00 a can sounded like a good price to them. There was no more guns or ammo at the sale, or anything gun related. Mostly is was junk like old clothes, kitchen appliances and more junk. But if you need a dream catcher or tie dye shirt........... |
