I built mine on the cheap about 7 years ago. I bought the salty rail and kac vertical grip (a black one that wasn't pictured) for $100. I want to say the M2 was $260 and the light I bought from a friend on this site for real cheap. Everything is fairly rough and I know for a fact some parts spent time in the actual GWOT. It's crazy how tough it is getting to source what used to be common parts for clones. It's a shame really, because all my parts are decorating an LMT Defender 10.5" |

Swan Sleeve makes all the difference in the world with the Elcan Specter DR. It allows you to mount the optic further back without sacrificing a rear BUIS and makes ADS more comfortable for a long neck like myself. Also, the FSP is less distracting at 1x. The benefits outweigh the miniscule addition of weight IMO. It will live on the block II. I was just messing around with the mod0. View Quote |

Two questions:
1. Can a #38-EX rear sight be swapped out with a #40L? Mine is the #40 style and fucks up my optics options. My #38L-S-EX has the lower #40L style rear and it's perfect. Hoping I can snag a #40L and just swap them out. 2. Does it matter for the Wilcox Docter mount to be on the rear or front ring? Personal preference or is one better than the other for reasons I am unaware? I've seen the Docter on both, and only seen the T1 top ring on the front, I'm assuming to see the elevation adjustment turret. Makes me think the Docter should be up front for the same reason. |

Eotech for the RIS fsp cut upper came in today. I’ll get some pics later. Really looking forward to that combo. I’ve never been a big Eotech guy but I think it’ll look right at home.

You need to get rid of the 38 immediately. I’ll gladly take it off your hands In case some people couldn’t tell that was sarcasm. Looks great dude, especially with that NF! We’re gonna need shots of the whole thing. |

What triggers are you using on your rifles? I put a new lower on my MRE build and the trigger that came in the parts kit is garbage. All my other GWOT builds have decent mil-spec triggers but I think my sub-moa MRE deserves something nicer.

I could have gotten a coyote brown with storage, but the adjustment lever was black and didn't look right to me. I really like this an im considering getting a second in all black |

Anyone know a good rubber butt pad that will fit a n1 stock that’s thick enough to cut into? I’m thinking I can cut the inside of it to put on the back because I’m wanting to use the N1 stock on a lower with an A5 ext. but the receiver extension pokes out the back about a half in or so. I’m thinking it’ll look good and stay light with this upper.

Originally Posted By Outrider: Fantastic work! Are you going to get the can for it? View Quote Thanks man! So I want to, however, the block came off a turn in weapon. If you look at the spot where the walls are the thinnest on the latch gate channels, there’s a spot on either side that’s discolored and on one side there’s actually a pin hole that started from wear to the mount from suppressor use. So I’m a little apprehensive to mount a can on it. I don’t think that the shooting schedule it would have with me would be anywhere near enough to finish the mount off, but idk yet if I’m willing to take the chance with a Mk11 suppressor costing what it does and the rarity. So at this point it’s an idk yet. |
