What do they even cost now? Whats the best way to buy one? Depends on what model you want. The current-gen ones are in the 5k range. Earlier ones like the EMC (what mine is), ECR, ECC haven't been in production for several years and the prices have skyrocketed. Check Knight's site for reputable dealers, but the most popular ones on Arf are @PreSampleDepot, Kelly Enterprises, Dennis Todd, Operation Parts, and Brownells. Eric at PSD has done a lot of M110 conversions and can usually get his hands on more obscure stuff. |

If I could have sales lined up for my M5E1, OGS, and 20", I think I'd jump on one.
I was going to ask what the differences were between models |

My wallet would've been on fire for how fast I pulled out my debit card if that came up. Mine was mid-6k IIRC. I didn't care, I had just started at a very high paying job and told myself I would buy one as a present to myself for landing the job before the of the year. I fairness, the A-line has all the latest and greatest improvements and weight reduction. But there's just something sexy about dimpled barrels and URX II and III rails. |

I also don't see any location on the gooseneck mount itself for those screws to be affixed to. Anyone know what those other screws are for? Are they just spares for the clamp and are different from the one locking screw for no good reason? Do they mount to the optic in some way? What is going on with them! ? I think I’m pretty close to about $10k into mine at this point. Pre Ban SR’s we’re fetching between $4k-$5k when I picked mine up. |

Got the ARMS Sir debacle settled, the sites IM system must have been messing up. Anyways, are there any 20” barrels anyone can recommend in stock? I want this thing to be a tack driver, haven’t settled on a caliber yet though
ETA: if whomever has one in stock has an option to get a FSB pinned on that’d be great |

Just scored some Medium ARMS 22’s with 1” inserts on the EE for a great price. They’ll go well with the #59. This combination is gonna get fun.
ETA: Just went on mount surplus and bought a tactical ring cap and rail so whatever it is it’s getting a red dot on top |

The power ring was tight at first but UltraDot got me in contact with a guy who used to oversee those scope's and he walked me through a diy fix and now it's good as new. Magnification range is great. I wouldn't mind having a Leupy 1.5-5x. I really believe that 4x is the magic number for versatile carbines. |

To me, it's always a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?," you can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

Okay dudes. I'm trying to nail down a riser for these Leupold vertical split rings. So far I'm pretty sold on the KAC 3/4"riser, but it seems to be discontinued. Anyone got a lead?
Operation Parts link for reference I'll probably end up using an A.R.M.S. #63 unless I can track one of these down. |
