And yes, you can get absolute co witness with the spacer removed. tried to get a picture, but I lack skills... I like the way this rifle feels now, and I think it turned out well. That BE Meyers flash hider works wonders. I took it out with a friend and his battlecomp equipped rifle at night, and man what a difference it makes. While the device is a tad long, the OAL of this versus my 16" M4 barrel was about .6" shorter. |

I was in the same thought process as you, having a 14.5 with an already permanently attached flash hider (only mine being a YHM phantom, which I don't care for anymore). It would cost way too much money for a simple handguard switch for it to be justifiable. My M4 looks almost identical except for I have a sopmod stock and Larue mount instead. Nice looking rifle! |
