Scored a Surefire 620 with factory QD Mount and have an RCO coming. It went from Block I to a clone of my favorite issues rifle. Set up an OP on my roof and point lasers at farmers when I get bored and it will be like Afghanistan
Maybe set up a burn out, get my kids to try and sell me $5 carton of Pine Lights, bury some IEDs and poo in some wag bags and I will be in business |

You guys inspired me to finish my sopmod block 2 build. Colt parts in all major areas, PSA M4a1 receiver, taupe grip, b5 coyote stock. Should be a looker... even went for the 4 pos buffer tube. Cant wait!

I finally made it to Lowe’s and got some Krylon OD spray paint. The Rustoleum sucks balls and it off in color and rubs off easily. Krylon is on point.

Is paint adherence that important on a clone? The originals have rattle can paint jobs with no surface prep/degrease.

I don't even care about touch-ups. I'm not throwing mine down the driveway or anything like that to artificially distress it, but these things look better with real wear.
