For the above question
I went to Harbor Freight and got a real cheap set of crow foot wrenches and ground the one that fits down thin with a side grinder, but the bicycle wrenches is an excellent idea |

I had to take about .150’’ off of the bayonet lug so the can would seat all the way but it clears now.

Have any SOF groups used the Noveske MK18 Mod 1 upper? I never even knew that Noveske made a MK18 upper but apparently they did in 2012, and maybe other years. The odd thing though is that they used a 10.5” barrel instead of the 10.3”. Does anybody have any knowledge as to its use by any SOF groups? Any links and/or pics would be greatly appreciated!

Also, the more glossy the paint is, even if it’s satin, the more likely it is to be tacky. Flat and matte paints tend to be on the drier side. |

Is a no-selector-stop lower THE correct or the MORE correct option versus one with stops? There’s a Colt M4A1 carbine, CR serial number, lower that I’m considering buying but it has stops.
