Looks rad! How’s the sight picture through the aimpoint? I just ordered the badger j arm and a deltapoint and was afraid the light would be in the way of the dot.

those of yall with NX8's, what mount height would yall recommend to clear an NGAL? I know the 1.93 came about to clear a PEQ2 or a PEQ15 but the NGAL is 1.2" in height as opposed to the PEQ15 that is 1.6". I noticed not enough of these mini recce's have lasers, so I'm kind of left wondering.

Do you mean physically above so the scope tube doesn’t touch the laser? Or do you mean just not taking up a lot of the sight picture at 1x? A 30mm tube in inches is 1.18”. If you take a 1.93” mount and subtract 0.59 (scope radius and distance from mount height to bottom of scope), you get 1.34”. That will physically clear a 1.2” tall laser. If you dropped down to a 1.7” mount, the bottom of the scope would be 1.11” above the picatinny. It wouldn’t physically clear the laser, but I doubt the laser would be much of an issue to visibly at 1x. |

(Very very small shadow on the bottom of the sight picture, Peq pushed to the end of the rail) 1.70 would be the minimum if your trying to have "clean" sight picture on 1x w/Ngal. Thank you! my first LPVO and looking to pick up an ngal sometime next year and wanted to keep it 12 ocock mounted and wondered how much of it would be in the sight picture at 1x. |

I'm going to keep this NX8 as a place holder until NF releases tano products if ever. |

Going for a tan ultramount and black ATACR clone. I hate selling optics but if I don’t get rid of them, whole ass uppers appear haha |

Its internal diameter thins out as it get farther from the reciever. Makes the balance nice with all the accessories on the end. If it can reliable hold the laser zero it might be my new go to handguard. |

View Quote Yeah I just got mine in for a BA 12.3 build I’m doing and wasn’t terribly confident in the thinned out front half. But I’ve seen a couple folks using it and haven’t heard of any ill reviews so hopefully it’ll stay reliable |

Just couldn't remember the details. So a 13.9 with 13 URX is a no go for a P&W? At least by adco? Didn't he say you can't get the tool in the gap to pin it? I'd be using a SF3P Maybe I'll have to go with a different rail. |

Not exclusive to this build but I might ask the wife for a PIG saddle for Christmas. View Quote The diameter of the PRI is right at the limit of what the saddle will hold. I've got one and it doesn't take much to wiggle it out of the saddle. I wound up buying a Manfrotto adapter that clamps to pic rails from Larue and mounted it to a Manfrotto ball head. The saddle will still work, I don't want you to think it won't, it's just not ideal IMO. |

Do you guys have a Geissele trigger recommendation for the mini recce? I know some of their new products are somewhat off-putting, but the triggers are still fantastic. |
