Question is, do you put a fixed stock om your mini  or build a new mini around your fixed stock?  The struggle is real!!

I just picked up an A1 stock, and was seriously considering putting an 11.5 barrel on it for a commando build.  I could not find any A1 shorty pics to convince me.

Do it, love them fixed stocks, butt stroking fools. I don't know how gucci you want to go, but I got an A1 length Lancer that's only 9.9oz. We're in uncharted waters with minis, so as long as you got a variable and 14.5 perma or less, let it play out

While my modest collection is lacking several things, I gotta say, a NF 1-4x is the optic I've most been wanting for a while now.

Nice rig.

If Lancer made a regular carbine length stock I'd grab one quick. I doubt itd go on my mini recce though, I'm really digging the LWRC compact stock and buffer tube.

I was in the same exact boat as you the NF is definitely worth the coin. Now the next step for my collection is NV. I can already hear the screms of my wallet

I went a little different direction. 10.5" cusotm McGowen barrel, 8" SLR rail, & Allen Engineering AE30. This thing feels so long. Just mocked up. Still need to strip the upper, put everything together the right way and repaint.

It's an Allen Engineering AE30. It's a 10.5", 300WM, reflex design suppressor. Stupid quiet with subs.

It's a 1.25-4x24 VX-R Patrol. I really like it for this application but it'll probably go back on my 16" Recce upper. This build will more than likely eventually wear a Sightmark Photon XT 4.6x42S and a micro IR laser.

I really like it for my applications. I needed a 300WM suppressor and (1) didn't want to spend a fortune, (2) didn't want a ton of added length, and (3) wanted maximum noise suppression while maintaining minimal POI shift. The AE30 gave me all of that. It'll do time on 300BLK, .308, and 7mmRM.

What kind of accuracy do you all expect from this style rifle?

I have a 12.5 that I built up with the vision to evolve into this "mini recce". I thought of it as more of a mini spr, but whatever.

My expectations are sub-MOA (with me shooting = I'm the limiting factor).  I've now got a 12.5" and an 11.5" upper that will both put 5 shots into around 0.75" at 100 yards right now.

It's a Bushnell 1-4x24 PCL. Not a bad little optic for the money. I think I paid somewhere around $300 for it. Its FFP and illuminated and on 1x it is very easy to shoot both eyes open with the illumination cranked all the way up. It's very repeatable and held zero even after being dropped and denting the front housing.

You know the deal, if you add the Govnah, let us know how it goes, I can always recommend SLR Sentry. I love those adjustable blocks, I can have a 13.7 with a FH and still achieve super low recoil. Found my Colt CAR stock in my old TA50 tuff box from the Army days, going to throw that on this week, my ALG EMR is going up on EE soon, because I want the ALG EMR V2 (for looks); that is, unless one of the mini recce men want first grabsGot my trust all setup, but no can yet, got to pay $$$$ for a CFI checkride soon

Haven't decided on glass yet, I have an extra LT104 laying around that will get put to use. The micro is just a space saver.
Anybody know when Weapon Outfitters will have more of their 13.7 barrels in? I've got another waiting to be assembled for a buddy.
