Sometimes you have to look for the irony, and sometimes it runs at you, head-butts you, kicks you in the balls, then bends you over and makes you its bitch.

Update 12/1: I have contacted both Vickers Tactical and Blue Force Gear, and it is not a product of either of theirs.
Update 11-30: I received a reply but I did not describe well enough what I was looking for. So in true ARFCOM fashion, I attached a MS Paint drawing to the email outlining what I was looking for. I too am on the hunt for this.... If I find it first do I get a free one? LOL I found it on the Vickers website, but it is not listed as a product for sale. I emailed them to see if they could tell me what adapter it is. I will post the reply when I get it. Originally Posted By millsusaf:

Can't find it either. |

Can't find it either. Personally, I wouldn't run that sling point, anyways. It could get twisted and detach accidentally. Try it: push the hook up into the hole of the mount, and twist it around - it will come undone pretty quickly. Talk about dangerous if you need to retain your weapon. A properly sized HK eye hole wouldn't do this, but many companies still make Xbox-hueg holes that can end up self-detaching. |

I bet its a 3/4 inch |

One right: it is a cut down Craftsman.
One wrong: it is a 1/2" for Badger and Lupis. |

I tried my hand at making one of these and it was time consuming but easy. I wanted a sling that could be used for:
I knew I could not make it adjustable, except by the method used by Hk_usp_40, but I didn't want the adjustment dangling. So, I made the sling into two parts. </a> " /> Here's the 2 point: </a> Uploaded with ImageShack.us" /> The single point: </a> Uploaded with ImageShack.us" /> And the basic "sling arms:" </a> Uploaded with ImageShack.us" /> I'd get a longer loop if I had an IWC mount on the handguard, but this seems to fit the bill. Hope y'all like it. (sorry about the "X's"- there is nothing there and I don't know how to get rid of them) John |
