| I just purchased a surefire G2, got it out of the package and started to shine it around seeing how bright it was etc. I turned it off and tried to turn it back on and nothing happened. It was just dead, the bulb looked good and the batteries were brand new. I cant find anything wrong with any of the internals, so am I overlooking something or should I send it back? |

jollyroger....check my link to same problem as yours... Surefire problem I did the same thing...called Surefire for replacement bulb and it's been 2 weeks now...no new bulb received yet. Let me know how yours went. |

It appears that when surefire sends out replacement parts they are generally sent out us mail parcel post and can take between 2-3 weeks after being sent to arrive, if it takes longer then 3 weeks or so give surefire a call so they can check on your repair item. Trevor |
