This is the new Leupold HAMR. It's a 4x optic that uses the nifty CMR2 reticle. Up top is the Leupold Delta Point with the triangular aiming point. I like it. Yep. Once your black you...uh...turn green? Yeah.
Total disassembly wasn't hard, but the plethura of parts in an unfamilar (as opposed to AR's) configuration made it seem more difficult than it was. Re-assembly was much more of a snap than I had feared, with the exception of a couple springs I had minor difficulty with. Mostly frustration due to being in a hurry! :) It's just a rifle, not brain surgery. PAINT IT! |

WOW.. I really like that foliage green!!! Hmm might have a new weekend project. Would probably match all the foliage green magpul stuff i already have hanging on it. Lol. Ii wonder how different it would look starting out with an FDE version.
