lol yes its me and yes I'm ROTC, I recently had a trip down to AF Special Ops Command and they let us into the armory... mostly just block II AR's but he brought out the scars and I figured they were pic worthy, we also played with the mk46 machine gun and the grenade launcher for the scar

lol i know i look lost in my uniform, its cuz my arms are long as hell and we had a shortage of uniforms so I got whatever I could.

Out of curiosity, did you dislike the front folding BUIS or simply prefer a fixed?  Either way, nice blaster!

Cheers

I purchased a few Promoted Pawn flat top kits and none would fit without filing the dovetail.  Did you need fitting for your flat top kit or did it drop right in?

Edit: Arfcom silliness.

Added a little red-brown to the mix to spice things up for fall...fal?

Norrell's moly-resin Foliage Green shot a couple months ago...(no flash - natural light)

...Testor's Model Master Acrylic Panzer '43 Red Brown stripes. (flash)

I'll likely add another color/pattern in a month or two, but I kind of like it as-is for now. Debating some DARK green, or tan slices,

Picked up a su-230 from a member on here for a different rifle, but dropped it on the scar for a quick pic.

Makes for a nice package, but I think I'll stick with my aimpoint on the scar.
