I looked at that picture and it reminded me of something:
"Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government." |

LOL! Elon was the hero around here last year!
"Elon isn't one of swamp, he's really pissing off the globalists." |

Wonder if NYC gave her a summons for the open carry of a blade?

This is kinda stupid^^^^Since blades kill kill as many or more people a year. Edit to add FBI stats, 2019 stats Murder by... Rifle, 364. Knives/blades, 1476. I think there needs to be a meme made of this! |

Do absurdly wealthy people find it weird or ironic that they're dressing like they're actually the weirdos from that Hunger Games movie capital population? How retarded is that. They're emulating young adult fiction from a decade ago.

People that go to these award shows really remind of all the people in the capitol of panem in the hunger games. Crazy looking gaudy clothing and everyone there is a completely useless tool but yet they pat each other on the back like they did something when in reality they did nothing.

Quoted: Yeah cast AL isn’t known for its blade making properties View Quote A perfect replica would be forged out of steel and constructed as the originals were. Resting the sword blade edge down on your shoulder is a nice touch too... |

Look at all the industry that had been crushed by liberals. They trustef the system and wete broken. Elon is playing the game that is modern America. It's a strange game.

I can’t imagine a 7075AL blade is any good. Maybe it’s the 4150 barrel steel? Even then... not ideal.

That’s the artists soul you see in there, duh Seriously, I can’t imagine being so rich but also so bored that you spend money on retarded shit like this. How about take some of that extra cash and free time and learn a valuable skill or patron someone who is actually contributing to the future, not virtue signaling and victim LARPing. |

Quoted: Quoted: Zoom in and dig the Glock parody logo too https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E_NLoCsXoAAC5kB?format=jpg&name=large . “The sword is based on a western European sword from the end of the Middle Ages around 1400,” Grimes reads aloud from a note on her phone. “...is a permanent piece of the Met’s collection, and the sword is also cast from a Colt AR-15A3,” she looks up. “It’s from these people who are getting people’s [guns] who don’t want to have their automatic rifles anymore, and are melting them down and making them perfect replicas of medieval swords, which I think is just so cool—I think it’s a beautiful thing.” What a waste. Is it really? because it is a badass sword. |

Quoted: If you could afford one you weren't a peasant. As far as I know, though, commoners in most places were allowed to own weapons. You often couldn't carry them in cities, but if you were travelling on the highway or on your property, no problem. Looking at the sword. Probably not made from melted down gun parts, just engraved that it was.

So, how do they get all that aluminum, steel and chrome plating to mix together?
Or, how many barrels and small parts does it take to make one sword? And, SHTF, they won't live too long with a sword compared to an AR15. Momma said, "Stupid is as stupid does." |

Elon has to repent if he wants to survive the Democrats in control.

I wonder how many people's eye's got accidentally poked out when she was carrying that thing?

So the sword is made of....aluminum?
Should hold an edge well. |

So I could potentially start a business where I take peoples guns, keep them and give them a Chinese sword stamped with the manufacturer of the gun. Got it!

im conlficted...if you melt a gun down into a huge killing weapon chopper.. is it wrong?

Quoted: Quoted: They do realize the swords purpose was for killing people.right? They must know this? Were the peasants allowed swords? My point is that you cannot just legislate a tool's use because the world is full of guys who just sit around all day thinking of ways to kill someone else. It's what people like that do. You know, "Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war."? Of course walking around with an fancy dress sword at some high dollar social event has shit to do with what's happening to poor folks in Chicago or Afghanistan. Nobody gives a fuck about the people whose lives are cheap. It's just fashionable posturing by a trophy wife. Especially when they're dressing up like some cosplay warrior princess. |

Beat your sword into a plowshare
Beat your hoe into a plow shares? |
|
Reminds me of a verse from a Don Henley song…
“…O' beautiful, for spacious skies But now those skies are threatening They're beating plowshares into swords For this tired old man that we elected king Armchair warriors often fail And they've been poisoned by these fairy tales The lawyers clean up all details Since daddy had to lie…” |
