Most owners of those cars never bother once either side gets smashed off. Probably Tele-Tubby guy in the yellow shirt panicking over the car that owns it. Some type of track worker. |

There have been tires go into the stands on more than one occasion at Indy in the past. The way the tires are tethered now it's an odd occurrence.
NASCAR tickets have that same wording on them also. The tracks/organizing body will usually pay all medical bills involved in something like that to keep from getting sued. |
