Nothing broke, giving it until Monday to see how the swelling drops and probably MRI, he's almost positive there's ligament or tendon damage. The problem today is 10 years ago I had surgery to repair a ruptured tendon on my other ankle, putting pressure on it the last few days has now caused it to start burning so I'm scared of screwing it up, I know I didn't completely tear one as I've felt that before. Okay I’ve put off rotator cuff surgery until December. This way I can totally trash it at EAST.
Other than that walking and running with my pup. |

I made a thing today that I first had at CW 3 or 4. I think I did alright. And they're Keto.

Well, running better in a long while. Last time i ran this good I was in the police academy fresh out of the Army. Training for a 5k kinda does that.

Gym time. Range time. Got a new full size pistol that holds 17rnds. More range time. Was at the range today, @chefsingletary has been killing it in the gym and drilling it on the range too. We will fail less this time. Lost 15lbs.

I read a thread on CW, and decided to search for a schedule. I need months to plan around hunting and other such things.
Then, I would need to think about training or something. |

Back in the gym following E6. Throwing in more squat work before SE. I need to take off unneeded body fat to make the hanging obstacles easier.
I learned one thing for sure at E6, fat slow people beat me because they shot better or chugged better. The obstacles are like extra credit on the test. When a fat tub of lard beats me I realize it is not about fitness, it is about hittin' this and fittin' the chug in your gut. Did a light 24 min 5k yesterday. The running comes easy for me. The chug, not so much. My stomach can't hold 2 liters of anything. |
