Of course, we had to raise taxes and cut spending to do this. It's what I am expecting our current governor to lose his re-election bid. Even if the house did debate or pass something, the president didn't sign a budget for 6 years, but instead ran under Continuing Resolutions. So where is our representation in this government? That's bullshit. They can, they're just too lazy, venal, and stupid to do it. They can write and pass a law disestablishing any individual gov agency. They can override the veto. They won't. We have none. None at all. Your first statement belies the second. They can fix it. The people won't elect representation who will. We are represented, as the Constitution demands. The problem is that the people of this country want socialism and big government. They've been fairly clear about this over the last couple of election cycles. |

In Light of DOJ Malfeasance, EAC Seeks Outside Counsel in Noncitizen-Voting Case McCormick has asked Attorney General Lynch to approve a special counsel to represent the EAC under 28 U.S.C. § 514, which provides that the “head of an executive department or agency” can request “the service of counsel” from the attorney general when an agency head — such as McCormick — “is of the opinion that the interests of the United States require the service of counsel. . . . ”
The question is will Loretta Lynch approve? |

It informed the court that DOJ had told the EAC that it would not defend the agency, and that it would not allow the EAC to hire its own counsel. I think it shows the blatant in your face "unprecedented” and "extraordinary" orchestrated undermining the of sovereignty of America by a enemy from within. I am of the opinion that we have to stop thinking of these people that do this as Americans they are about as American as an ISIS member, both want to destroy America as we know it, the only difference is the means.
