Quoted: Ditto my investment in RE has more than tripled View Quote I got my first home 3 days after 9/11. I survived the great recession. I got refi for a decent rate right before the ARM matured. I sold it as the market was going up for almost double. Bought my current place for the lowest it's ever been as one of the first buyers in this neighborhood. It's now almost doubled. Refinanced for a lower rate 5 days before the feds first rate increase. Lucky as fuck. |
