I have. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/58/c6/c5/58c6c5ed4789f8470c699ba7ef783d87.jpg We bred these. The males could be 185 lbs. I watched one rip the head off a pit bull once. We had 13 of them. All of them fiercely protective and smart as hell. They have a double coat, and will turn away all but the best knife attack. And if you killed the first one, the other 12 would be MIGHTY PISSED. Frankly I’m not sure a guy with an assault rifle would win if you started out at 50 yards. Quoted:
Know your target and what's behind it. That's messed up. So the cop actuly thought a dog would kill him. I've never met a dog that I thought could kill me before i killed it with my hands or a Knife. Mess me up, yeah sure. Not a cop basher by any means but that's messed up. They must be hiring g a bunch of pussies up there. Still. Know your backstop. |

Why should anybody, with a right to be there, have to put up with ANY injury from an out of control animal at all? Fucking dog has no right to attack anybody for any fucking reason in public period. Who fucking cares if it's "kill or not". View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
Quoted: No, I get it, a dog can mess you up real bad. Kill a physically abled adult? No. My point was know what's behind what you intend to shoot/kill. Was a woman's life worth a couple bites from a dog? No. Like I said, I'm not a cop basher. They do a tremendous job. However, I've probably been approached by more dogs than I can remember being a lineman for 34 years. Most dogs will run off if you bark louder than they do. After many dog encounters over 34 years of going in backyards and being surprised, only once have I been bitten. Little scrawny mut dog , not even knee high. Blindsided me from a corner, didn't know he was coming. Fucking dog has no right to attack anybody for any fucking reason in public period. Who fucking cares if it's "kill or not". |

Shooting to stop an active shooter with busy background, doctrine of least harm. shooting a dog and hitting a bystander, not so great. no matter what the legal outcome it's morally wrong that he walks with no consequence for that act.

Very sad story on all possible levels. 0 winners. View Quote I think the dog has it best. Sounds like the officer only grazed the dog and the dog is going to make a full recovery. Somebody probably already set up a GoFundMe for the dog. |

So now she's coming too and jumping in front of gun?????? Yep GD gotta find some excuse to blame the unarmed sleeping person. Why not wait instead of making shit up.
It very well could be a freak ricochet and a complete accident. |

I posted this a few days ago where an officer shot his buddy officer in crossfire. Full video in OP of the thread.

Dog was so aggressive that they were able to load it up and take it to an animal shelter to make a full recovery.
Bad shoot made worse by the fact that to cop killed a person who was passed out on the grass. Might face charges for killing an innocent person. There's so much police accountability that its a wonder anyone questions/distrusts them at all. |

I know a ton of officers and I've even heard it here,,,"not all cops are gun guys". It's beginning to look like ALL cops SHOULD be GUN GUYS. This is a training issue in my opinion. It's hard hard hard for me NOT to apply the four rules when I'm around a gun. I'm 65 and STILL remember the times my Dad, Uncles and my Grandad taught me about gun safety as a VERY young man. As for shooting the dog,,,fine,,,Just hit it. I can see a day or two in the Academy shooting paintball pistols at R/C cars being driven erratically at, around and near you to simulate circumstances like this officer faced. Hell, play barking dog over the pa system while they shoot.

What in the unholy fuck shit
Now the city is going to have to pay out millions of dollars for some fucking panhandling drug addict because a cop had to get it on with a fucking dog. Her family probably didn't like her enough to give her a place to sleep but are going to be fucking loaded now on taxpayers dime because this officer can't successfully shoot a fucking dog at close range (which probably didn't even need shot) A 40 lb fucking dog my God what the fuck |
