Having abortion on the ballot is a huge loser for the GOP, and if we keep losing elections, eventually dems will have a large enough majority to put into a place an AWB So we either have to change our messaging on abortion or stand by and watch as our 2A rights get slowly whittled away. In my opinion the poll serves to point that out. |

GOP needs to approach abortion like the left has attacked gun rights. We all know they want an outright ban, but they don’t try to get it in one big all encompassing law. They roll out terms and bills like “common sense gun control” and they slowly attack on the fringes. Until after sometime has passed and they have taken a huge chunk out of gun rights. We have to look at abortion the same way. Or we will keep losing elections. It seems by now it’s clear the majority of people do not want HUGE restrictions on abortions. Until we figure out how to slowly chip away at it, we will just keep losing. |
