What are your favorite story, story arcs or game level?

I think the Blood Baron story from Witcher 3 is probably one of, if not the best story arc in a video game.

Titanfall 2s housing factory level was one of the better ones in recent memory.

The escape from City 17 in half life 2 was mind blowing at the time.

I enjoyed the over arching storyline of modern warfare 1-3.(haters gonna hate)

The story in the division was fun too

I also enjoyed halo reach

You should really play Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice on ps4. Incredible storyline and very unique game.

I think Halo CE through Halo 3 have fantastic stories. It's an interesting scifi plot, based on the story model of the classical Greek demigod, with a bunch of biblical imagery thrown in, not to mention the fanatical space muslims.

That was good. What I hated was that the campaign got easier from 1-3. I spent more time on the "Ferris wheel" section on MW1 than half of MW3 on veteran difficulty.

I liked the halo story for the most part, it was crazy playing that game when it first came out, fuck the flood though

haven't played 4 so can't really comment on that

Mass Effect was real good.

The Last of Us was freaking awesome, in my opinion.

I haven't bought any of the new systems, so I don't know about anything past PS3

Halo 4 was a fun game, but the story wasn't conveyed very well in my opinion. Halo 5's campaign flat out sucks.

I loved the lore of The Division but sadly I doubt we'll see more of it.

Max Payne and Max Payne 3.

Some good ones in here.
The first Mass Effect had an incredible story. Truly epic, in my opinion.

Red Dead Redemption. The Compass song after you've taken out Dutch and you're riding home.
To a lesser extent, when you first enter Mexico is pretty great, too.

Titanfall 2 had one if the best single player FPS campaigns I've played in a while. That level was so much fun.

The Bloody Baron plot was amazing, really takes you through the gamut of emotions, anger, sadness, pity. Plus there are multiple ways to play it for different outcomes Click To View Spoiler

Witcher 3 was just an amazing game, I need to do another playthrough sometime. I never read any of the books or played the previous game but a 20 minute youtube video got me somewhat up to date on the backstory.

Also the quest on Skellige trying to free Udalryk from the crazy demon that is possessing him, what a wild ride. I shat a fucking brick when Click To View Spoiler

Bloody Baron storyline and the whole Hearts of Stone DLC from Witcher 3. Mass Effect 1. Ravenholm from Half Life 2.
Additions: The Divide DLC from Fallout New Vegas. Season 1 of the Walking Dead Telltale series. Edit- Spec Ops: The Line.

Only Fallout nerds will know this one.

The mini story of Randall Clark, the Survivalist, from New Vegas' Honest Hearts DLC. You learn about him through terminal entries and holotapes. You never actually meet him. For some reason, his story always stuck with me over everything else in New Vegas.

Also, Season 1 of the Walking Dead telltale game. Was surprisingly good. Extremely good.

I'm about half way through Heart of Stone and I'm pretty sure that guy is literally satan, lol

Another game that had awesome level design was Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
