Investigators in San Luis Bispo are digging up the ground near Ruben Flores home. Ruben is the father of Paul Flores and the son has been taken into custody. They have cut into what appears to be concrete due to the dust flowing upward and now more crime scene tape is going up.

Paul's father, Ruben Flores, was also reportedly taken into custody at around the same time at his home in Arroyo Grande. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's officials are serving another search warrant at the Arroyo Grande property this morning. KSBY News reached out to Paul Flores's attorney, Robert Sanger. He told us he does not comment on pending cases News conference coming up at 2 PST

The Flores family and Paul Flores have been initial suspects for years....the beginning really. The Smart family has sued them, police have placed them “in custody” multiple times and had their property searched repeatedly.
Wonder what gave this time? |

San Luis Obispo County SO announced a briefing at 2pm (presumably PDT) for major developments in the case.
The Smart family's representative said they would be issuing a statement at 3:30 p.m. today. They served a second search warrant. The first one was weeks ago. They are saying on the live feed that they are drilling or cutting in the garage. Again, the live feed user name on TikTok is okcammie |

Is that the off gassing of the human remains pushing dust up? I've seen a few CSI type shows and first I have heard of this that I can recall. |
