I don't know if there's any news articles out on it yet. Just stumbled upon it... Didn't have a permit for the ammo either...He had to give up legally owned firearms (and plate carriers?!) to get the charges dropped. Crazy. Careful out there folks not in free states... He also had a printjob running when they showed up... |

I can say with 100% certainly that this isn’t the first time social media has gotten people hemmed up for gun violations.

I believe giving up a legal owned item for a favor that is being forced by someone has another name. Oh yeah extortion. That is it .

Serious question
Why turn in to get misdemeanors dropped? They’re misdemeanors. Do they mean something else in NY? I wipe my ass w misdemeanors in Ohio |

Possession of handgun ammo without a permit and and attempted possession of a firearm.
Just let sink in for a minute. |

Can we all agree that NYC never really was part of America?
Even after the Revolutionary War they were unapologetic Tories. |

His problem is that he no prior criminal history. If he was a felony then they would have ignored him.

Well hopefully everyone involved in that travesty gets diagnosed with asshole cancer

A communist vassal state subject to a foreign ideology, and the spirit of being subjects of a dictator-king. It'll be a helluva thing seeing Ukraine type action in NYC during Revolutionary War part 2. I bet those commies will be dug in like ticks. In uhh, ya know, Minecraft. I uhhh <3 NYC

Damn.
coming soon to Oregon. They already have the legislation underway. fortunately, I don't own any ghost guns or 3D printed guns or 80% receivers. |
|
He must have forgot to put up his blue line flag. The heros didn’t know this civilian was one of the hood ones. Or maybe they had time to address this problem because they’ve solved all the other crimes in nyc?
Either way there’s more to this story because cops are our friends, gun guys just like us. And they would never enforce unconstitutional laws |

He should have just gone down to the corner, bought some fentanyl, then given it to the cops and claimed he's an addict. Bam!, all charges dropped just like that. |

I know someone who was busted carrying in PRNJ. They were also extremely interested in taking possession of his guns. They would not cut any deal without him giving up legal guns. He got away with a slap on the wrist, but lost multiple firearms and had a $20k lawyer bill.

Wait until they charge someone for imagining a gun and ammo.
|
|
Willingly giving up his guns may have cost him more than he thinks.
Hopefully he'll be able to possess again in future. |

I wouldn't feel bad if all the agents against the Constitutional Rights fell into a volcano.

The big cities are just how they figure out how to roll it out everywhere else.

Case got dropped for other reasons I can’t even wrap my head around that. Simple case for a prosecutor in NY. They get your web browser history, and if you looked at a news article on 3d printing guns you are guilty of "attempted possession of a firearm". (probably) |

My big question is why did he ever admit to owning all that stuff outside NYC? And especially listing and turning in ALL of it. Perhaps he yapped about that on social media, too.

It sure is nice that some states are allowed to blatantly violate the constitution and their citizens civil rights unimpeded.

Hopefully it will be an episode on Blue Bloods the Reagan family can brainwash Americans at Sunday Dinner right after
they cross themselves... |

I left IL. I got laid off 2 weeks after I put in the offer on the new house, and carried 2 mortgages while unemployed for several months to make sure that I got my family out of IL.
What's his excuse for choosing to stay in NYC? |
