The good news is, there are no tumors and there is zero nerve degradation. She has full function of her limbs, which is great. The plan is to keep her active with walks and low impact exercise, but to be very mindful about how that activity is affecting her. High intensity activity is essentially out the window, aside from very short bursts. I just hope we don't get that extreme, acute pain again. I wish I knew exactly what set that off. Sorry to hear that.

Remote start is meh. I either parked it with the AC on and need defrost or I have to go throw the exhaust brake on anyways.

Ours are 2 starts, 15 minutes each. The Flashlogic kits are $150-200 and are easy to install. Just plugging in a harness to the factory start button, headlight switch, and OBD-II port. Then you program the controller to your vehicle with a windoze computer and a usb interface. Everything is hidden in the dash.
