Quoted: Spondylosis deforma at L3-L4. The bone is starting to bridge the gap. There's also signs of bad arthritis across the lumbar. Essentially, she's a 2 year old with the lower back of a 10 year old. So, pain management, physical therapy, weight loss and weight management, etc. We were all hoping it'd be an easy fix with antibiotics, but there were no signs in the X-rays of discospondylitis and she had a clean urine culture. The good news is, there are no tumors and there is zero nerve degradation. She has full function of her limbs, which is great. The plan is to keep her active with walks and low impact exercise, but to be very mindful about how that activity is affecting her. High intensity activity is essentially out the window, aside from very short bursts. I just hope we don't get that extreme, acute pain again. I wish I knew exactly what set that off. Quoted: As long as you don't do any body computer programming, the FlashLogic kit works well. Integrates into the vehicle without any additional splicing, and uses the oem remote. But, I guess having the dealer install the OEM system would be nice, too. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: At the dealer getting remote start installed |

Probably not. |

Remote start is meh. I either parked it with the AC on and need defrost or I have to go throw the exhaust brake on anyways.
Might as well just walk out there |

Quoted: Yeah, the OEM ones actually talk to the body computer bidirectional. For instance, Wodstock's jeep has an emissions (evap solenoid) issue, so it shuts down the remote start. Lovely, huh? On the other hand, if your oil pressure drops, or the alternator shits the bed, it'll shut it down. Will probably limit the amount of times you can start it, though. Ours are 2 starts, 15 minutes each. The Flashlogic kits are $150-200 and are easy to install. Just plugging in a harness to the factory start button, headlight switch, and OBD-II port. Then you program the controller to your vehicle with a windoze computer and a usb interface. Everything is hidden in the dash.
