Was one of my favorite places. Ordered a TON of stuff from them. Even made a point of visiting the retail store when I was in Dallas one time years ago.

Where does it say they are closing up? Looks just like an auction, no?

They shut down a few months back. Must be the last of the inventory

|
Sure would like to get one of their owb G48 holsters in fde...

DSG ain’t far from me so I would always go by there when I lived in Fort Worth.
I hope someone can take their place. |
|
Sorry to see them go.
Happy to see there auction is going so lucrative. Congrats to the winners. I'm not bidding, as the prices aren't actually attractive at this point |
|
They were always the first place I went for stuff. The end of an era.
That auction is a joke, though. The prices suck. |

I bought one of their Duty uppers a few years ago (like 2015ish) and man that thing shot sweet. Sad to see

Quoted: Ditto Also bought several 10-packs of their aluminum mags, they’re good mags View Quote Back some years ago when they were having the 10 pack of aluminum 30's for $60 , I bought a 10 pack once a month for a 4 or 5 months in a row. Then they had the 10 packs of Magpul 30's for $90. I probably bought 6 or 7 of those 10 packs. I always bought something else with the mags. They always had great prices and shipped fast. Never had the first problem. |
|
All I know is that a year or two (maybe three?) back they completely revamped their website (turned it to shit) and they no longer had good deals. Every time I wondered how long it'd been since I bought a 10-pack of pmags, I went to DSG and did the deed.

i own several of their HR holsters i think they are called
i also bought several DSG 10 packs of GI Mags |

DSG Alpha holster was at one point, one of the best you could get.

Looks like the items need to be picked up in person in Texas.

Dam, have a bunch of their USGI black teflon mags and bought many things from them over the years.

Quoted: LOL fuck that. View Quote While a little high 13-15% is pretty common in todays world. Christ the bigger one by me, who doesn't deal with guns bc he doesn't want to deal with the insurance side of it, gets 13% plus 8% sales tax on the big number. Sucks but running an auction company isn't cheap. |

I'm just annoyed that I had a Steiner T536 listed on the EE for months, NIB at 450 and had to take 350. They have one on auction that's nearly 600.
Auctions are weird, people bid just to "win". Sucks they went under. |

Others are right, adjust your max bids accordingly. Hell with my stuff, I might "win" a $1000 piece that costs $4000 to ship. As long as it's worth 5, I did ok. |

Everyone wants to blame FJB and say how much they loved DSG Arms.
The true culprit is US when all of us started buying from the new less expensive company called Palmetto State Armory |

Looks like they will do pretty well with their auction, some of the stuff is already at full MSRP with the premium. Auction behavior is often really odd, I guess stupid people like getting separated from their money.
Sad to see them go. |

Quoted: I remember during the post-SandyHook panic, DSA kept their prices for PMAGS at pre panic prices and kept accepting orders, telling customers that they would keep filling orders and shipping mags until Magpul stopped making them or the Government shut them down. They are standup guys and we salute you! https://media1.tenor.com/m/ivv5dTKvV4AAAAAC/hee-haw.gif View Quote |

Point I was trying to make is that every auction has fees and some end up higher than this one. I sell cars and hear the same thing all the time. I wish the 8% tax we collect was profit. It would be much more than we make on the vehicles themselves. |
