There are an incredibly large number of mental juveniles in this thread.

The photo is from 1960. That means you must recalibrate your judgement of her clothes, scenery, etc. to account for the time.

I wish I could hear what your grandchildren will say about your appearance in photos 50+ years from now and then compare it to the stupidity uttered in this thread.

No they didn't. People in the 1960s certainly had a better diet than the average American today with less processed sugars.

And dental care was widely available and utilized.

People just didn't walk around with a camera in their pocket that they used a couple of times per day to take pictures of themselves to show to the world, therefore they lacked the practiced posed smile most girls her age would have today. Chin down, eyes up, camera held high at a down angle off one corner of their face, full smile showing oh so many teeth. Average people simply didn't do that before social media.
