60lb Goldendoodle does if he wants to. He's pretty good in the bed. Goes to his bed when he gets hot.
Used to be a 220lb mastiff and a great dane, those were the days. |

Love dogs, but loath dog hair. No fucking way is my bed becoming a hair ridden stinky ass dog bed. That's for dirty people.

No. He weighs 200lbs.
On occasion, the wife will let him jump onto me to wake me up. He typically lowers his shoulder and slams into me at speed. |

Quoted: Our rot doesn't like the bed. Our heeler plays a game with the wife. When the wife falls asleep she jumps up on the bed and curls up next to my legs. This lasts until about 2am when the wife has to pee and comes back to discover the dog in the bed. She scolds the dog, slaps her, the dog growls and begrudgingly goes into her own bed. I pretend like I don't notice. Little fucking dog is never more than 2' from me. Lays her head on my lap when I sit on the couch, lays on the bath mat when I shower, lies next to the treadmill while I workout. Gonna be a tough day when she goes. View Quote My Heeler is the same, sleeps by my legs, follows me everywhere. Best dogs. |

Nope. The Lab roams the house at night. Never stays in on place too long and never jumps in bed. Never know where you're going to trip over him at night though. |
|
One of our dogs sleeps under the covers near our feet. He’s a little skinny dude, maybe 10lbs. Another one sleeps in an open bed with a fabric cover she burrows in. The other one sleeps in a locked crate.

She sleeps dead center of the house on the 1st floor in the kitchen. |

Quoted: Nope. I'm alpha for a reason. And he stays off the furniture, too. In that respect, the dog has 25x the room I have. View Quote That "im the alpha" shit is older than the world being flat. Its been disproven x1000. Dogs do not look at human beings as dogs. They do not rate human beings on that scale. |

No, I'm not going to put two 85 lb labs in my bed when I sleep, they have a crate with nice beds and plenty of room.
We do let them on the bed sometimes during the day, they love it and have a great time. When it's time to sleep they know where their crate is at. |
|
My gsd mix sleeps at my feet on the bed, it's nice in the winter. Summer she often chooses to sleep on the floor, because it's cooler and she spreads out.

My buddy Eddie kept me from giving in to the dark thoughts 6 years ago. Could not explain how but he did.
He sleeps wherever he wants now. Edit: Yeah he sleeps under the covers with my wife and I. He's only 27 lbs |

There is something primal and comforting about a dog curling up in the small of your back or behind your knees on a cold night that brings a sense of security and peace.
With that said I really don't like dog hair in my bed. |

We have a Beagle. She is our second Beagle.
Anyone who has owned a Beagle knows that they NEED to sleep in the bed with their hoomans. People have tried and failed to crate train them, or trying to get them to sleep in a doggie bed, or putting them in another room or basement…all of those things fail miserably and the Beagle WILL win that war of attrition. |

Warmer months my mini schnauzer sleeps all night in his bed in my room. In the colder winter months he starts in his bed but at some point ends up in my bed sleeping under the covers.

I have multiple large dogs, the roam freely anywhere they want. A little dirt or hair never bothered me.
The largest is a Cane Corso, he sleeps in bed with me, he won't let others get on the bed. |
|
|
Nah. They get their own beds.
On rare occaision, they'll sleep on the floor next to the bed if they feel insecure or lonely. But I don't let anything in my bed that can't wipe its own ass. |
|
No, no way. Great dog, but ain't coming onto our bed.
She does, however, sleep under it. |

Nope, no dogs on human furniture, although the kids are welcome to snuggle with them in the dog beds.

Our house dog can not jump on the bed anymore. Sometimes I lift him up so he can sleep on it - but most of the time he sleeps besides it. That said, my current bed is too small for him and my wife - so he only get's bed time during naps now. When we doggie sit for my stepson's puppy (which is kind of our dog's nephew), the pup gets to squeeze in (he is 1/2 the size of his uncle).
My dogs, rarely - they don't do beds often enough to do them well. Probably building a new house this year - it will have a room to sleep with the dogs. So I understand. |

No. My dog waits till I am in deep sleep then sneaks on the bed beside me.

As retarded as that bed in the OP is, I would have killed to have one during my Brittany's last day a few months ago. He could barely move and I laid on the floor with him for most of that final day. That bed would have been much better. But it's still retarded for every other reason. |
