Gonna paint my 66 mustang some silver or grey.
Trying to find the right color with a hint towards green or blue to make the chrome pop. Fucking hate red but when a complete car presents itself for 4500 bucks you buy it even if it was a rainbow flag... Had a 05 in Silver. Want to replace it with a black 2013 Boss 302 Laguna Seca. But it was nice, 95 in white, 05 in silver, 15 in black. A grey scale seperated by 10 years between models. I dont want the Elanor shade, mainly because I hate that trademarked car and do not want people bringing up that name in comparison. But there are some gun metal metalics out there that I want to have speed shapes done to see what might work. Hopd will stay black or even maybe get a matte black wrap to reduce reflections.

I like silver as a color. Does not retain heat in the summertime and does not shown filth as badly as dark colored cars. I wish there were more cars/trucks that came in green colors. Not the shitty florescent green, but other greens. Why is green not used more often? My car is dark red and my truck is bronze color.

When you buy used because you aren't willing to pay the premium for new, you take the best choice available. Color isn't that important.

Both of our Mercedes are Silver. It's classy and classic MB. The only other acceptable color for a Mercedes is black. |

I've noticed that these are the color cars more likely to have there lights off during heavy rain. Shit is dangerous when they're blending in with the rain.

My Lexus is gray and blends in with 95% of the other vehicles where I used to live.
Now that I moved, I'm getting a cheaper car in a more common color which will blend in as well. Sports car? Sure, flashy. Daily driver? I've been involved in too many road rage situations to want a car that is easy to distinguish from others. |

I’m color blind and have always thought grey/silver vehicles look nice. My car is a dark grey, truck is silver. Even says it in the color description so I know it’s real and my eyes aren’t lying to me.

My choice was silver or white.
Last vehicle was white. Looked awful if I didn't swing through the wash after every range trip, 2 miles of gravel road. Went silver for this one. |

In the south and with the sun beating down on you any highly reflective color, like silver, is king unless you really enjoy the experience of driving around in a toaster oven and having your ballsack routinely seared to the car seat.

Currently I have green on black, orange on black and one completely murdered out and debadged. The only Grey cars I like are the ones that are a battleship type or concrete Grey.
