If I had access to the emails. I wouldn't sell them. I'd just release them.

I really don't want to possess top secret information without being cleared for it, thanks!

Also I have to think that I would be asking for a shit load more than 500K if I had that info. There is no way that isn't worth tens of millions.

He should just turn it over to the DoJ. I'm sure they will have a thorough investigation and prosecute any wrongdoing.

Where's our big boy conservative Trump buying that shit up. He wants to help the country, and he has the pockets for it. Pay up sucker.

So secure!
No worries about secret info getting out through Hill's bathroom servers, ran by a crack team of admins! |

Would would happen if they were proven to be genuine and show up with a torrent file? I'm curious about how the government might react to that.

That guy is fucked.
Plus if he has her emails and she sent classified emails via it, won't they charge him with something very fucking serious so he will be a lifetime in jail? |

I'm not believing this at all.
deleted the outbox but didn't delete the sent messages? Yea I don't care what you "delete" I have gotten all sorts of crazy "deleted" things back and I'm just a nerd with over the counter software. I highly doubt that anyone has this all or they would have come forward earlier and with a higher dollar amount. My only guess is the seller is connected with her backup service and he just found an old backup somewhere and didn't hack anything. |

I question the authenticity, since he said "outbox" instead of "inbox". What kind of skilled email expert could make such a noob mistake? The outbox--at least in Exchange--is only stored on the local computer, and only holds messages temporarily, until they can be transmitted to the mail server.
Obviously Clinton never deleted messages from her outbox, it was her inbox. But yes, the sent items folder could contain at least half of the missing messages (the ones she replied to anyways). Also of interest would be her personal computers, since they could contain offline copies (OST's) of her entire mailbox, or archive (PST) files. I wonder why the FBI didn't take all of her electronic devices? (Jared from Subway had dogs sniffing his house to find every electronic device). So maybe the hacker isn't a hacker at all, nor an email expert. Maybe it's just someone that has Hillary's old laptop with her Outlook offline files on it--which in itself is a HUGE national security crisis... |

damnit, why can't this hacker be like the ashley madison hacker(s) and just release the torrent.

I'm truly shocked by this turn of events. Despite the monumental ego, the Hildebeest had to see this coming. Even if Zippy encouraged her to set up this private email thing so he could pull the rug out from under her now, there were too many moving parts for her to ever think it would stay secret. Yes, there are non-disclosure laws and oaths, but the mere *fact* of the private email servers is enough to get the ball rolling, and that information could be released without much likelihood of trace back.
Someone as corrupt and malevolent as she does not get to be where she is without much more cunning than shown in this escapade. There will be more and more revelations about this scandal, just at the time her campaign should be picking up steam. I know it's ages until the election, but still. This is not what she needs, and I can't see any reasonable explanation for it. |

It sounds like the company that was managing the servers were amatuers at best. |
