Quoted: I plan on picking up a raptor or ltz-400 in the fall when dumbshits need to feed their family. Oh and a beater sled next spring. The markets are crazy but I wonder how long it will last before people pull the ripcord Sxs and the loans on them should be interesting to see how they play out. View Quote Trucks too. Lots of people with poor credit have loans they can't afford with rates that also can't afford. I just took a 10k signature loan at 4% with the plan to pay it off within a year. With inflation going how it is though I'm considering just letting it run the full 60 months, might come out money ahead if inflation is blowing past my loan rate. |

Quoted: The dems are not in a good light right now, are running out of talking points and taking a stand on being able to sexually indoctrinate children, they are beating war drums, being caught in lies left and right, and in general have never been this reviled (that I can recall). It's an election year and they don't have a lot to lose. They are cornered in a sense, and cornered animals are the most dangerous. Anything can happen. I put nothing past them, including another wave of of illness to try and cover another wave of cheating. I think this is going to be a long, hot summer. View Quote Can't argue with these points above. |

View Quote The big unknown is going to be supply and the coming interest rate hikes I would expect we get up to 7-8% maybe 10% before we are done. So either people can't afford cars or they get 10-15 year loans on cars. |

americans will start losing weight
i mean they won't but yeah shrinkflation has been fun to watch over the past year |

The rest of 2022 will be very, very bad.
The form 1 denials en masse and the receiver rule are nothing compared to the brace rule in June. The food riots and gas lines will be reminiscent of the 1970's. The hysteria over covid and elections and leftwing cheating will be epic. Take a stand, and don't back down. |

Quoted: It feels like we're in the eye of the storm right now and this will be our last chance to prepare before shit really gets bad. View Quote Buckle up. It's going to get worse. Everyone's perspective is different, but at least one prominent figure in the alternative media from the patriot movement is saying we will go through a near death experience as a nation. Who knows. But I see it getting MUCH worse before it gets better. Other than the obvious about having enough food and supplies, my biggest concern is serious false-flag events. |

Inflation in housing, transportation, food, and energy is in double digits and the the economy almost seized up last time interest rates hit 2.5%, meanwhile both parties are masturbating about World War three with Russia telling us that they'll collapse any day now.

Quoted: We don't even have any riots right now. We need another good nationwide riot. Covid and Ukraine are just getting boring. View Quote Is Detroit going to save us from the boredom? When they have the B and C squad reporters in Ukraine, you know it's getting stale. seeing as how they use the same propaganda company the Biden administration uses, it's probably time for a hospital or day care bombing. |

Quoted: Could get pretty bad actually All it takes is Russia to decide us supplying the Ukrainians with advanced weapons constitutes a act of war View Quote As reported, Ukraine is about the size of Texas, but obviously not nearly as well armed. I'm pretty sure they're not going to do too well should they decide to make a play over here. |

Quoted: Bad? I just built a coop and filled it with chickens. Bought a ton of stuff to plant in a garden I haven't got to plant in years. This rat race just might end and we can finally go back to living like we did as kids. Care free. Something came to me a while back one night on arfcom pissed off at all the new gov bullshit being talked about. Freedom is mine. Nothing is preventing me from doing what I want but me. As a kid I rebeled against any and all authority as soon as I could see I was being lied to. Somewhere I lost that rebel spirit. Got stuck in the trap. I am choosing to live free again. If someone wants to take that from me it's worth defending. The "freedom" we have now isn't. If the day comes, I will die with memories worth having because I have enough regrets. Live like a free man. You will soon find happiness, and with it something worth defending. I promise it gets better as soon as you stop worrying. There is light at the end of the tunnel so just keep walking. Don't worry about the whistle, it's been blowing the whole time. View Quote |

I was born under the threat of Soviet/Russian M.A.D. and will probably still be living under it when I die. Developer salaries are getting so high in my area that it is almost unsettling. Feels like there is something going on that we don't realize yet. Say something with h1b workers.

my biggest concern is the same as its been for the last 2 years. inflation. this is just the start. at some point the economy is going to take a big hit. when people are spending money on food instead of consuming other junk they dont need that has lots of ripple impacts on the larger picture. my guess is today inflation has roughly caught up to the money trump spent. so we're 1/3 of the way there
i do think either housing prices have to fall or the median wage has to do a lot of catchup compared to them. likely they fall. |

Quoted: Unless you're already on the cusp of poverty, it'll be fine. View Quote the problem is at the rate we're going a family of 4 making 200k is going to be in poverty in short order when gas is 15 bucks a gallon and a new pair of decent shoes runs you 1500 dollars. priced out AC units recently? they're easily up 50% from the last time i looked a couple years ago. |

Regular gas was $3.77 today, which is good and I found some Half n Half today, so salad days in Miami.
I’ve recently found 1,100 Hornady 9mm bullets at BassRapeShops, so I’m good there. Chris |

Was perusing Craigslist looking at random junk tonight for no particular reason. Haven't done that for probably a year. I know prices have gone up but my god.
