Don't leave him alone with your wife. I've seen that documentary.

Quoted: What does him being black have to do with the story? View Quote In my threads where I had scores of homeless white people staying with me, there wasn't half the talk of potential murder as there is in this thread. And when there was talk of potential murder, it was most often about me doing the potential murdering. Which is funny. Because I'm like half the size of OP, and not remotely as capable of handling the awkward dead weight of a body. |

Someone should check in on OP, make sure he hasn’t become homeless himself.

I helped a black guy once. Gave him a job and a place to live. Then he raped a kid.

The bad idea fairy has just started a whole new tale with the op.

If you’re all in already give him hope and show him real black leaders of the country, from Clarence Thomas to Candice Owens to Ben Carson etc.
Show him a good black America. |

OP, on the off chance this is not a troll thread:
Help only those who are willing to help themself. Your guest is an adult. He needs to make some decisions for himself and his future as all men do. Helping him toward that is worthwhile. Attempting to carry him toward that is futile, enabling, and will end poorly for both of you. I would give him this advice to start for when he is in a better position and wants to pay it forward. |

My life would be very different now. |

We all know that OP is gonna be raped, robbed, and murdered.
The only thing open for discussion is - in what order. |

I've worked several fraud cases with this exact situation. Hug-A-Thug type moves in homeless person. Homeless person then gets ahold of identity documents , old checkbooks, old or new bank statements and either drains the Good Samaritans bank accounts, buys things on old bank account or old checks in Good Samaritans name that they are responsible for when the check doesn't clear due to closed account, and/or outright steals the persons identity.
Of course we get the guy on video in a bank or shop using the Good Samaritans identity, but he didn't give his real name to the homeowner, just goes by "Red". We don't have facial recognition like on CSI, so we can't figure out who he is, and it's the Poleezes fault the Good Samaritan homeowner is defrauded. If we find out who the homeless down on like luck ID Thief is, we get a warrant dude is arrested 16 months later after being caught behind the Stop-N-Rob gas station giving blow job's for Crack, and the Judge gives the guy time served for everything and orders him to pay restitution when he gets a job (which is never). And it's our fault again for the victim not getting their money back. Rinse and Repeat |

He's not a kid, and will probably end up raping you and stealing all your stuff, or stealing all of your stuff, then raping you.

Yeah, I wish this story was different, because I've probably got 300 : But, if you meet enough people, you are going to meet some bad ones. The question is, do you know that in the moment? We knew this guy was off, we just didn't know how bad it was. The guy had a good lie, and and played that angle well. Unfortunately. |

Hopefully OP puts more effort into helping his friend than he does updating this shitty thread.

Guy did a lot to help out with the yardwork and general chores. Then he worked his ass off at his job to get himself out of the mess he was in, got his own place, and now I have a friend for life. In general though, it's probably a bad idea. |

Has anyone filed a missing persons report on the OP... or is this a hit and run thread?

I have a nephew through marriage that chooses to be a hobo.
He shows up from time to time. 20 years. I got him jobs, screwed me every time. I’ll provide him water, shelter and food for a few days but we came to an understanding years ago. |
