Kimber of Oregon.  Made a nice .22 (Left Handers too!), even made target ones for the gov., nice .223 sized bolt guns, and had just gotten big game rifles going out the doors when the company was broken up and sold off as pieces.

Anyone mentioned Mossberg yet?

If you like fine American SXS shotguns, how about Parker, A.H. Fox, Lefever, and L.C. Smith

Name ONE "Winchester" branded firearm that is made in China.  I bet you cannot.

That said, ever since the plant in New Haven closed down, the Winchester branded products are made by FN in S. Carolina, or by contract in Japan.   NOTHING firearm related with the Winchester name is make in China.

“Winchester” is just a trademarked name that is whored out by Olin Corp. to whomever wants to market guns or Chinese junk under that once prestigious name.

He said market "Chinese junk".  Try Winchester Gear Store for all your Chinese Winchester crap.

Seriously?

The 5.7 isn't "innovative" to you? Or the B&H line? CZ Scorpion?

It’s true Colt hasn’t done anything innovative in a long time .  All older designs.   But then neither have any other gun manufacturers except maybe Sig over the last 25 years.    Mostly just cosmetic changes

Yes I’m serious what I said.    Do you have anything meaningful to offer?  Besides I was talking mostly about usfa.    Now go away

Miroku is one of the premier gun manufacturers on the planet. Miroku made Winchesters are very well made guns.

They all still make solid products.  I don't know if "not often discussed on Arfcom" equals irrelevant.

I was thinking about the loss of their rifle line.  They used to make good .22 target rifles.

Revalation Rifles and Shotguns. Use to be at every Western Auto, shame  the  Boomners couldn't or wouldn't buy enough guns and ammo  for Western Auto to keep guns and ammo on their shelves.

For some reason I want to say the Revelation was a model made by Savage?  Not 100% positive on that.

I think they are probably doing ok.

Their 1911's are still sold everywhere.

K6 is a great revolver, also in every shop.

They just came out with what looks to be a very good copy of the Wilson Combat EDC. If it is actually good, it will probably sell very well in the double stack 9mm market and compete with Staccato and Springfield.
