Loved Breaking Bad. Haven't gotten around to watching the spinoff but I plan to.
Loving Ozark so far. I really hope there's a spinoff because it's going on my watch list. |

Ozark is good but not inthe same league as Breaking Bad. Better Call Saul on the other hand is just as good and in some ways even better.

No. I cared about Walt and Jesse. I want everyone on Ozark to die except for the curly haired blond redneck gal.
It's like an entire cast of Skylars. |

Ozark?
Not even close. “Better Call Saul” is better than Breaking Bad. |
Ozark doesnt even touch the opening credits to Breaking Bad. Ozark started strong then became a dumpster fire of stupidity towards the end of season one.
This last season was really good.
Maybe Yellowstone jaded me, but it’s rare to see a third and fourth season so good. |
Both are very good, but the Wire is the best series ever made.

Quoted: Justified > BCS + BB + Ozark https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/174498/AvaFTMF_jpg-2255918.JPG View Quote I’d put put Justified as right between BCS and BB. Maybe tied with both. But “The Wire” is better than all three. Then there’s Deadwood |

Breaking Bad went too long. Looks like Ozark will end at a good time.

I watched the first season of Ozark 3/4 years ago. I am still depressed.
I thought BB was a lot better but this first half of season 4 has closed the gap a bit
I got one season into Ozark and just stopped watching. I got one season into Breaking Bad and could not stop watching, and greatly accelerated how much I watched.
I just finished watching the second season of Ozark and frankly was disappointed. Nothing like season one.

Quoted: I’ve long held the opinion that Breaking Bad is one of the best shows ever made. But I’m struggling with the notion that Ozark may be better. What do think? View Quote Both shows are remarkable in that every single character is despicable. |

I didn't give a shit about any character in Breaking Bad. I mostly hated them all. I don't think I made it to the end of season two before I gave up on the show.
Ozark has a lot more likeable characters. |
Better Call Saul > Breaking Bad > Ozark
Now I will say that the first 1-2 seasons of Ozark were more enjoyable than the average Breaking Bad season. But that might only be due to Breaking Bad being over by the time Ozark came out. |

Pick one...
They're both outstanding, have their tweaks and twists... I do have one thing to add, I have a friend who is a movie writer in Hollywood... He has said, more than once, that season 1, episode 1, BB, is genius..., masterclass, scripting, acting, etc. |
