He gave up on Joe Don Baker.  I didn't even tell him who it was.  Fuck him.

I'm guessing if you answer some of the questions wrong, or don't really know that much about the character, you're no help.

It couldn't figure out Hector (Prince of Troy).

Not bad though, I can see where it draws the logic from to help decide and parse the options.

Klaus Fuchs (someone not in the database) really messed up the algorithm at the end... after about 30 questions it started asking things that had already been answered.  "Is your character female?" (already answered male); "Is your character still alive?" (already answered no), etc.

Kaylee from Firefly and Gen. Chuck Yeager in 19 questions each.  Oddly, it didn't even seem close to getting Kaylee until the last question, while it seemed close to getting Yeager and then required several more questions.

I noticed the same thing, but it's possible that it's going back to the same questions because you're actually answering those questions incorrectly.

When it kept asking me if Joe Don Baker has been in a mafia movie, I answered no.  But I later learned that he had played a major role in a mafia movie.  If I'd have answered the question correctly, it was have guessed correctly.

Given that gender questions and dead/alive are easier questions, but you never know.  For example, if you thought of Elvis and it asked if he was still alive.

Probably doesn't ask "is he black" anymore because of all the "Probably not" or "I don't know" responses :-)

It can be very addictive.

What didn't it get (but knows now)? Dyangirl, Virginia Lake (UFO), Hugh Lockwood (Search), Archangel and Charles Henry Moffet (Airwolf), Admiral Nelson, Budsy Birdwell, Purdey, Lady Harriet Makepeace, Cdr. Katherine Hitchcock, Matt Helm, Lokai, Wade Wells, Diana Palmer, Anna Pigeon, Primus, Dr. Elizabeth Merril (Man from Atlantis), Cally (Blake's 7), maybe others

What it did get (some give deliberately since I knew it would get them): Adam Strange, Supergirl, Piper Halliwell, Dax, Dom Santini, Straker, James West, Dr. Abby Lockhart, Ultraman, Mortica Addams, Judy Robinson, others.

Seems to gone off and taken a nap now, though.
