But, in close up video of Kyle handling the firearm, nobody can point to video of him manipulating the charging handle in a manner that would clear a FTE? |

I think Prosecution (littlefinger) asserts he manually charged the AR after the first shot in the 2nd event. As in it was deliberate or something. I never got the point of that, why he thinks thats important..as if it would un-do the self defense argument or something. A gun cant be used for self defense if you know it had a jam and needs to be charged again, so even if KR did charge the AR whats the big deal? |
